Then, based on the results, V3 will prepare a detailed BUSINESS POTENTIAL REPORT for the owners. (Length of Engagement 60 to 90 days)
Step 2: Triple Value Action Plan
After the BUSINESS POTENTIAL REPORT is reviewed and accepted by the owner or owners, V3 can be retained to produce a TRIPLE VALUE ACTION PLAN. The Plan will detail all of the action steps to be taken throughout the company, including: management; personnel; administration; operations; production; marketing; sales; and service. Step 3: Implementation of Action Plan
